I Media Production Co is a company fully owned by Marian Cornaciu that runs the local television channel City TV Targu Mures, which covers Mures county. Cornaciu is known as the man who intermediated the flow of cash from the local authorities towards the local media in Mures county used as a tool of manipulation and control. Cornaciu was an informant of the Securitate, the political police during the repressive communist dictatorship in Romania before 1989.
