Campus Media is the company that holds the broadcast licenses for the television station Digi 24 and the radio channels Digi FM, Pro FM, Dance FM and DIGI 24 FM. The company is majority owned by the telecom giant RCS & RDS (90%), which is also a full owner in the other shareholder, Integrasoft SRL (10%).

RCS & RDS is a major telecom player majority owned by a Netherlands-registered company Digi Communications, in which RCS Management holds nearly 58%. The company was originally founded by businessman Teszari Zoltan who holds over 78% in RCS Management. RCS & RDS has operations in Romania, Spain, Italy and Portugal. The company has been listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange since May 2017.In 2009, Digi launched the Digi Sport channels in Romania and Hungary, followed by Slovakia and Czech Republic. In summer 2010, it acquired 50% of Music Channel, which launched Hit Music Channel in January 2012. The company launched a generalist channel in December 2010, but due to the low audience, it closed it down. Digi Film (Film Now) was launched in 2011 and the same year Digi acquired the UTV TV music channel. Digi24 TV, an all-news channel was launched in March 2012.
