In March 2024, the culture-focused publication Dilema Veche changed its name to Dilema, breaking away from its mother company, the publishing house Adevarul Holding. Dilema is going to be published by a newly incorporated company, Dilema Noua, whose shareholders are Prietenii Dilemei, an NGO, Valeriu Stoica, a former MP and justice minister, and Mihai Staicu, a businessman with a stake in the company Ad AutoTotal.
