TMT Media International is the publisher of the newspaper/portal and has three shareholders: Valentin Popescu, founder and director of the newspaper (46% shares), Marius Mutulescu (44% stake), a politician and county councillor (PNL) and Octavian Manastireanu with 10% shares.
