Canaris is the holder of the broadcast license for the Mix TV station and the Super FM radio channel, both covering Brasov county. The company, now undergoing a restructuring process, is fully owned by Aristotel Cancescu, a former politician who led the Brasov local government. Cancescu spent one year in prison for corruption. He was released in February 2023.
Cancescu also fully owns the company Radio, which holds the broadcast license for the station Radio Brasov, which covers Brasov county.
