Radio M Plus is a broadcaster that covers the towns of Piatra Neamt and Targu Neamt.
It has the same owners as the TV station Tele Moldova Plus, namely Petru Frasila and Alexandru Frasila. Petru Fratila, local writer and journalist, founded Tele M in 1995 and Radio M Plus in 1999.
