The same documentation defines data-centre operations as operating and maintaining Google data-centre equipment that stores customer data.

Google’s official Hamina data-centre page states that Google purchased the former Summa paper mill site and opened its first Hamina data centre in 2011. The same page says Google announced construction of a seventh Hamina data centre in 2024.

Tuike Finland Oy is a Google group company. Google Cloud’s subprocessor documentation states that the ultimate parent company for listed Google group subprocessors is Google LLC, itself a subsidiary of Alphabet Inc. The reviewed public sources confirm Google group status and ultimate parentage, but do not establish the direct shareholder of Tuike Finland Oy.
