Observator cultural (The Cultural Observer) is a weekly literary magazine focused on the culture and art of Romania, along with political issues. This magazine is funded by subscriptions, art world advertisements and money from Romania’s Ministry of Culture. The magazine’s first issue was published in 2000. Carmen Musat, writer and university professor, is the editor in chief of Observator cultural.
