Intex Prim owns the broadcasting licenses for both Muscel TV and Muscel FM. Muscel TV was launched in 1996 and covers the counties of Arges, Dambovita and Olt. Gheorghe Pristavu, a local businessman and founder of Muscel TV, died in May 2023. Currently, according to official records, the broadcaster is owned by four individuals with the main shareholder being Gheorghe’s wife, Iulia Pristavu.
