Mediafax Group entered insolvency in 2015.Romanian entrepreneur Dan Sucu, best known for his business in furniture production, retail and real estate, entered the Romanian media market by establishing MediaMex Investment and buying the assets, operations and brands of Ziarul Financiar and Business Magazin, in 2022.
