TV Europa Nova Timisoara is a local broadcaster covering news in Timis county. Its programs are also accessible online at Telenova.ro. The broadcaster is owned by Nova Media, a company that is in turn fully owned by SM Vest Media based in Timis county and has a sole shareholder, namely Doinita Roman.
In 2022, the local broadcaster was sold by its former owner, journalist Stelu Iordache, to the family of former general secretary of the Social Democratic Party (PSD) branch in the city of Timisoara, Eugen Milutinovici, according to local media. Milutinovici had been tried and sentenced to prison with suspension in a corruption case. His son, Ciprian Milutinovici, a local real estate developer, is the administrator of Nova Media. Doinita Roman is Ciprian Milutinovici’s mother in law.
